• How is my personalization going to appear?

  • What is the earliest delivery date for your products?

We do our absolute best to deliver your products to you as quickly as possible. The delivery time will be influenced by the item you ordered and the way the item itself is personalized.

  • Can I backorder items that are not available at this time?

To avoid disappointment, we are unable to accept orders for items that are unavailable. If the item comes back in stock, it will be put back on the site and will be available to order again.

  • Can I place an order or book an event/photo-shoot setup by phone?

We encourage you to submit all orders and complete the booking forms on our website for fastest, possible service. However, we also welcome your orders & bookings by phone. We can be reached at (284) 442-5321 Sunday thru Saturday, 9am - 6pm.

  • Will I be notified when my order ships?

It's as easy as 1,2,3. After submitting an order, you will receive 3 email confirmations from us. First, we'll let you know that we have successfully received your order details (usually within a few minutes of your order). Secondly, we'll let you know when your order has shipped and on its way to you. Thirdly, you will receive a confirmation that your package was delivered. We like to keep you in the loop every step of the way.

  • Do you ship outside the British Virgin Islands?

Yes, we do. We ship to the USA, USVI, Other US Territories and the Caribbean.

  • Can I receive an item and pay at a later date?

No, you cannot.

  • Do you deliver locally (Tortola)?

Yes, we do.

  • What is included in the gift baskets for children?

Items in the baskets vary depending on child’s age and what is in stock suitable for his/her age. There are no set items for our children gift baskets, as each basket is uniquely made to order. Therefore, it would not be possible to say exactly what would be in the basket until we begin putting it together. However if there’s anything in particular you’d like in it, you can leave us a message at checkout and we’ll be sure to include as long as it’s available, and within the range of your budget. 

  • Can I provide an item to include in a gift basket order?

Of course you can. However, please note that any item(s) you wish to be included in your basket, not provided by us, will have to be brought to us. We are not responsible for collecting/picking up items from other businesses for your gift basket.
